THE X-GOLDTM110 brings the Infineon GSM single-chip ULC family to the next level of integration based on a 65nm technology node. X-GOLDTM110 is an ideal solution for ULC Music Phones supporting key features such as colour displays, MP3 playback, integrated FM-RDS radio and USB charging.
X-GOLDTM110 will be provided as part of a platform solution XMMTM1100 which
encompasses a comprehensive suite of development tools and support package to customers for shortest time-to-market. The heart of this pre-tested platform is the Infineon X-GOLDTM110 single chip, which ensures best-inclass RF performance, highest voice quality, small form factor as well as an unsurpassed low bill-of-material thereby creating highest customer value and differentiation in the market.
