茂达电子(ANPEC Electronics Corporation)推出APL5537低压差、具两组输出电压之线性稳压IC，APL5537操作电压可从2.5V到5V，每组输出电压可提供300mA的输出电流，在300mA的负载下，其压差电压(dropout voltage)仅仅只有2400mV，APL5537适用于移动电话、便携式设备等。
APL5537具有低静态电流，极佳的电源抑制比与低噪声的特点，APL5537透过内部的P信道MOSFET做为传送组件，可在任何负载或压差电压下供应稳定的输出电流，其系统保护功能包括了过热保护、限电流以及短路保护，提供系统完善的保护，APL5537采用小型SOT-23-6与TDFN 1.6x1.6-6封装，工作温度范围在-40℃至+85℃之间。

APL5537: Dual Channel 300mA Low Dropout Linear Regulator
The APL5537 is a dual channel low dropout linear regulator, which operates from 2.5V to 5.5V input voltage and delivers up to 300mA output current at each channel. Typical dropout voltage is only 240mV at 300mA. The APL5537 with low quiescent current, high PSRR, and low noise is ideal for battery powered system appliances. Other features include logic-controlled shutdown mode, over-temperature protection, short-circuit current limit and current limit protection to ensure specified output current. The APL5537 is available in the TSOT-23-6 and TDFN 1.6x1.6-6 packages.
