The TPS51315 is a D-CAP™ mode, 10-A, synchronous switcher with integrated MOSFETs. It is designed for ease of use, low external component count, and small package power systems. The wide switching frequency is programmed with external resistors allowing for optimal efficiency and external component size. D-CAP™ mode allows a low external component count with a fast transient response. The TPS51315 is available in the thermally-efficient, 40-pin QFN 5 mm × 7 mm package and is specified from -40℃ to 85℃.

TPS51315 EVM评估模块

The TPS51315-EVM evaluation module (EVM), is a D-CAP™ mode, 10-A synchronous buck controller with integrated MOSFETs providing a fixed 1.5-V output at up to 10 A from a 12-V input bus. The EVM uses the TPS51315 step down buck controller.
