Agilent Technologies’ Semiconductor Products Business Receives Celestica’s Global Supplier Award for Seventh Straight Year

BEIJING, July 13, 2005 -- Agilent Technologies Inc. (NYSE: A) today announced it has received a Partners in Performance award from Celestica Inc., a world leader in electronics manufacturing services, for its contribution to the success of the company in 2004. Agilent’s semiconductor products business, which provides semiconductors and fiber optic transceivers to Celestica, has received this annual award for the past seven years.

Celestica’s Partners in Performance awards recognize the company’s suppliers’ excellence in customer service and support of Celestica’s global supply chain. This year’s winners demonstrated a level of responsiveness, flexibility and customer service that improved Celestica’s business and, in turn, that of its original equipment manufacturer (OEM) customers.
