为了更好的拓开MSP430的市场，自04年度开始，我们在德州仪器公司的配合下，展开中国的大学计划，目前，已在杭州电子科技大学，燕山大学，华东师范大学，西安电子科技大学等高校挂牌建立实验室，为该行业技术研发的进一步深入发展提供好的环境及条件。
随着公司的不断发展壮大，2002年底，利尔达又签订了IAR公司产品中国代理；2003年底签订美国MSI产品中国代理；2004年初订美国SIPEX产品中国代理；SONIX产品的中国代理；同时公司又投入OMAP微处理器技术平台的研发，逐渐成为嵌入式行业的技术先行者。为了更好地将政府主管部门出台的各项政策与本行业企业的真正需求更好的结合起来，营造一个公正、和谐的市场环境，我们于05年1月18日申请并被正式批准成为中国软件行业协会嵌入式系统分会第一届常务理事单位，协助制定、修改并推行本行业的国家标准和专业标准，更好的服务于社会及行业。

LSD MCU is one of TI誷 technical cooperation partners in China and the supplier of TI MSP430 tools as well. The two parties have designed nonmagnetic water meter sensor?intelligent heating meter, gas meter, 3-phase e-meter and M-BUS automatic meter reading system through efforts. In October 2003, LSD MCU participated in the National industry standard compilation of “Technical requirements of utility meters data transmission”made by the Construction Department of PRC and got approval by the State Department. MSP430 became the specified chip in the project.
In order to develop MSP430 market, we began to launch MSP430 university program in China under TI誷 support in 2004. So far, we have set up 4 MSP430 laboratories in Hangzhou DianZi University, Yanshan University, East China Normal University and XiDian University. It provides a good condition for the development of this industry.
Along with the steady expanding of our company, and in order to become a multivariate enterprise, we signed distribution agreements with MSI(US), SONIX, AQ430 and SIPEX in 2004. At the same time, we began to launch into the research of OMAP MCU technology and become the pioneer of embedded industry.
