Anti-lock Brakes
Today’s Anti-lock Brake Systems require high reliability electronic components to ensure safe and proper operation under all conditions. The complexity of anti-lock brake systems is continuously increasing (partially fueled by Federal mandates) to enhance the safety of all passengers inside a vehicle. ST’s BCD (Bipolar + CMOS + DMOS) family of devices (ASSP and Full Custom ICs), coupled with an advanced 16/32 bit microcontroller product portfolio and an extensive standard product offering, is the obvious choice for any ABS application.
