Vitesse Semiconductor Corp., the market leader in Gigabit Ethernet ICs, announced mulitple design wins with TP-LINK, China's leading provider of SMB and Home Networking switches. Vitesse's world-leading SparX Gigabit Ethernet switch IC series has been adopted by TP-LINK as the premier silicon solution for its new 5- to 24-port 10/100/1000M Smart Ethernet and Unmanaged Ethernet switches. The TP-LINK TL-SG1005D/1008D/1008/1016/1024 switch products are now in volume shipment.
